• Assessment Data — the answers you submit to our Website Scorecard, and the resulting score and grade.
• Technical Data — collected automatically when you visit the site or submit a form: IP address, browser type, and device information, used for security, spam prevention, and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver Your Results — generate and send your Website Scorecard or AI Visibility Audit.
• Align Digital Identity — aggregate and align your business information across online listing platforms.
• Provide Services — manage your account and fulfill requests.
• Communicate — send service updates and administrative messages.
• Marketing — send newsletters and promotions (opt out any time).

3. Cookies and Automated Tracking

We use Google Analytics and similar tools to collect interaction data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to improve user experience. We do not use this data to sell your information. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Sharing & Payments

• Payments — processed securely through Stripe; we do not store card data.
• Service Providers — data is shared with vendors who help us operate, such as our email delivery provider (Resend), analytics (Google), SEO and search-data tools (Ahrefs), public domain-registration lookups (RDAP/WHOIS), and listing directories.
• AI Visibility Audit — when you request an audit, we submit queries about your business and website to third-party AI engines (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity) to assess how those engines describe businesses like yours.
• Legal — we may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
• We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information while your account is active and for five (5) years after cancellation for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, then securely delete it. For prospects and newsletter subscribers who do not become clients, we retain your contact information until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention limits) by emailing us. We honor verified requests as required by applicable law.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request a copy, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email admin@greenlightsystems.io with "Privacy Request" in the subject line; we verify your identity using the email on file and respond within 45 days as required by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
